The Learning Center is a room accessible to Grade 7 through 9 students for Learning Assistance in the areas of Math, English, Social Studies and Science. The students are referred through the classroom teacher, or the learning assistance teacher for extra support with their classroom assignments, reading, scribing, organization, and concept building.  This room is also open before and after school at specified times (see below).  Computers are available in the SSC and the Kurzweil reading program software will be available to students who require such assistance.  Any students that wish to use the room outside of the specified times may consult with the Learning Assistance teachers, Mrs. Freeman for Grade 8 and 9, or Mrs. Simpson for Grade 7, to see if other times are available.

Homework Club is open:

Wednesday and Thursday mornings   8:15 to 8:45
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons  2:50 - 3:50
